About the Foundation
The San Andres Hearts & Dreams Foundation was formed in Memory & Honor of Michael San Andres, who suddenly and unexpectedly passed from sudden cardiac arrest at the age of 18. Our Foundation believes that raising Awareness of Heart Health & Screenings are key components in Quality Care and Disease Prevention. The San Andres Hearts & Dreams Foundation is committed to driving positive change through impactful philanthropy, focusing on Improving the lives of those affected by and living with Heart Disease.
